We are a small local business deeply committed to delivering a unique blend of globally inspired cuisine, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We strive to support our local community and economy while creating unforgettable dining experiences with a distinct twist. Our aim is to share our innovative culinary approach with both locals and travelers, especially those who share our passion for food.

Our dedicated team is led by Chef Javier, who serves as our Chef and Operations Director, and Jackson, who holds the role of President and Director of Marketing and sales. Both bring a wealth of experience gained alongside award-winning culinary experts of our generation. While originally hailing from Washington D.C., Jackson and Javier have each found their home in Montana and developed a deep appreciation for local cuisine. What sets our team apart is our commitment to thinking outside the box and celebrating the rich diversity of Montana's culinary landscape, creating a true melting pot of flavors."
